A 20 minute full body relaxation for reducing muscle tension and stress. In this meditation, you’ll contract muscle groups and then allow them to relax fully, followed by some time to rest in this relaxed state.

Its Meditation time. Join Eric in this technique he calls the "pendulum breath". An incredibly simple and accessible technique you can use anytime throughout the day.

Meditation: Inviting your senses.

Your senses are great tools and doorways in for a creative and playful approach to meditation. Join Eric was he leads you through a relaxing and focusing practice.

Meditation: space in the body, space in the mind.

Join Eric for a breakdown of a simple and accessible meditation practice for creating space. This is great for all level meditators and inducing a relaxing and focused state.

In this meditation Eric invites you to strengthen your relationship with the inner self. This practice takes you in to witnessing the quality of the space inside, to step back and notice the fluctuations of the mind, slow down, relax and eventually create more space in the mind.

In this 20 minute meditation Eric introduces a more basic and universal style that is accessible to anyone and is particularly helpful to those new to meditation. He dispels some myths and attempts to ease any overwhelming feelings towards this amazing practice.

Meditation/Deep Relaxation: "Finding Your Inner Oasis" Take this journey with Eric to find your inner oasis. This practice doubles as relaxation as well as a "passive meditation". Set yourself up for as much comfort and quiet as you can and dive in. This may be the rest you've been longing for.
Relaxation/Meditation: "Yoga Nidra" Eric welcomes you back to another deep relaxation class. This can also double as a "passive meditation" practice. Take this body scanning technique to help soften the nervous system and let go.
