Vigorous Classes

This class is recommended for students with at least a few months of practice. This class is designed to challenge the students mind and body. Advanced postures will be offered with modifications. Suggested for those looking for a challenging but balanced practice.

A short but heat filled practice focused on core and shoulder strengthening.  Be ready to sweat!

An hour long vigorous offering with several flows building a considerable amount of heat culminating in a challenging peak pose. This can be used as a goal building practice as well as a steady full body workout. Breathe, work humble and enjoy.

An hour long practice with flows focused on side bends and twists that increase in heat as you go.

This 75 minute practice takes you through a series of flows and fun challenges, working on core strength, upper body, mobility, balance and stretch. Set some time aside to play and work through an extended practice.

Pulse and Flow

A vigorous, full body, flow-based practice focused on pulsing between poses and then pausing to hold each pose before moving on.

Vigorous: "Strengthening the back body" Taking care of the back body as the focus. Join Eric on this ladder flow style to build heat, strength and finally some stretch to round out this challenging practice.

Flow and Control:

This hour long vigorous class builds heat quick but with control. Focusing a little more on the upper body, work to refine your chaturangas.
